you are good at managing shifts, team but like a boss.
Most of the time you don't seem to be happy and you don't encourage your people.
"Good job done". Thats how I would like to start the feedback for you. Been here for just about enough time to know you.(that's what I think!). It has been a good journey for me with HCL, Cummins and you.(So far!)No issues, no grudges, no complaints against you. I know that you can't be present everytime I need someone to guide me but someone is always there. You know the art of personalising and giving that personal touch. Maybe we can organise some sort of get together once in a while although I understand that its difficult to do that in a 24X7 environment. No issues on leaves part as well. I got them when I needed. I know managers who shout on their subordiantes when they have done something wrong, but you are not in that league. People here would love to see you to be a bit formal, but I accept you the way you are. What else....Yes the only thing which I would love you to do is conduct regular one-on-ones. They are important to know how we can progress and improve. Would like you to set some personal goals for each agent as well. And also would like you to know the future plans of the agents and what options they have here. Ultimately, we all would like to move on from helpdesk and some of use(including me) are not sure which path to take. You with your experience and expertise can show the direction to us since you know our strengths and weekness. Thats all I have to say..

First of all New Year Wishes to you and wishing lot of success in the coming year.
You are one of the Coolest Managers that I have seen in this business, So KUDOS!!! to you.
The platform which you have given us to share what I feel is simply perfect.
I think there is a gap or distance between you and us(Team Member), what I feel is that there should be not any distance and one should freely come to you and express his issues or suggestion to you.
I have seen your association with only limited number of people rather it should be with the whole team.
I think that I am missing here as in my previous organization there was certain level of freeness with our manager.
In every 3 months there should be a one to one session with each team member, where you also can share the feedback of that Team Member and he can also share his experience.
This was the only thing that I wanted to bring in notice.
It has been a good journey with Cummins and working under you, as the best part I saw in your Leadership is that, you give space to each member.As I have seen many Managers sit on the head of their members to get work.
From my side I have no issues or complaints against you and I am enjoying working under your leadership:-)
Our Office Life is very dull and boring, you should do something in that area to make it Cool n Interesting
we should have some fun activities , like the FUN FRIDAY's where we can play some games or do some activity along with our work.
As I am finishing up now, a sincere advice to you, Please SMILE ALOT as I have seen you rarely smiling. SMILE looks good on you, so keep smiling and everything will be alright.

Let me say that it is pleasure to work with boss like you, It has been pretty short journey for me thinghs have gone pretty good for me, nice human being sometimes when thinghs around is pretty tense
you try to come out with humor,you some times overlook the situation just because you never wanted anyone to feel bad about that embarrasing situation i have done
some mistake and you like good Boss
eased the situation never had any issue with leaves.
I think everythingh is good about you but you seem to make notations pretty easily which may be wrong sometimes...

Rest......... you are one of the best manager I have worked with moreover you are a very nice person. You never behave like a boss, you always support your team members and encourage them. I like the way you interact with your team members but sometimes I feel that you dnt give equal space to everyone. Hope you understand what I want to say.

I would like to segregate whatever I wish to say, in 3 categories: Best, Good and Not-so-good (that does not mean they are bad). To begin with the Best and Good:
You are friendly, very supportive, helping, genuine, and straightforward (when in right mood) and maintain your cool (until provoked). As a manager, you are approachable in the right way. Off late, you have changed for better. You are more co-operative, more patient, and more approachable. What I like the most is the balance you have maintained with each and every team member, when it comes to being professional and being informal. You know when to get the work done and when to be friendly. Another very good quality is that you are always there to support your team. You stand by us. You are there to defend, when you know the team is right and ready to fight back as well. As a Team leader, you have knitted the team well. I do not see any fights or negative feelings among any of us. We are good friends; we do share knowledge and help each other when needed. So the management part here is pretty awesome! You are fun-loving as well. You do pass sarcastic comments sometimes but they are certainly healthy. You let people work independently. To be precise, you give them the freedom to follow their own approach of working, though you do give suggestions when you see things are not going in right direction. Irrespective of what few people say, please stick to the informal lingo you have! I personally like it. You have created a light and fun-loving environment so it should stay. So far, I have enjoyed working under you. There have been times when I have seen the anger also, but still I know and somehow I am sure you do not hold grudges for long. You do give another chance. And I have seen that happening.
Coming to not-so-good points. Well, firstly, you are very moody! Though that is natural, but still sometimes that mood swing affects your behavior in office also. For instance, a guy comes to you with some problem, and talks about it. You are there on your seat listening to him/her, but not responding or responding a bit late. And somehow it is visible on your face that you are upset about something. I understand it is natural, we are human beings and it is difficult to subside the emotions but we can at least try not to let that mix –up with our work. One more thing, hear what people say, but please do not be judgmental.
Suggestions:
1. More one-to-one Feedback sessions. You can probably pick one member (including Language Support :)) per month or per week. This might add to your already -hectic schedule but you can give a try, if possible. I personally have had no one-to-one feedback session :(. Just one or two may be…
2. Distribute responsibilities: I see that only one or two people are dedicated for working on Queues. I feel everybody should be given a chance. So they learn more.
3. We can also have informal get together once in a month or two may be. This will help like an ice-breaking session for those are new in organization. Moreover, it will be a nice way to relax and breakthrough the monotonous routine we follow at office (Only if it’s feasible).
4. Be more expressive please! Sometimes it is really difficult to understand what exactly you mean.

I am sure I might have missed on quite a few points. But I remember only these as of now. I will certainly share as and when I feel like adding something.
